Viking Hall is located in the small town of Silvana, which is located on State Highway 530, just 2 miles west of Interstate Five ( I - 5 ) at the Arlington exit. I - 5 connects Silvana to the neighboring communities of Arlington to the east, Marysville and Everett to the south and Stanwood and Mount Vernon to the north.
In the late 1890’s the area was one of the largest Norwegian settlements in the west. Famous landmarks include the Little White Church on the Hill overlooking the scenic Stillaguamish River Valley and the iconic Viking Hall.
Viking Hall was very popular in the 1950’s and 60’s for its rock ‘n’ roll dances and community events. Today, Viking Hall is the site of many weddings, social gatherings and events that include the Silvana Community Fair, Silvana Community Fair Auction, monthly Bingo and other community activities. Viking Hall and Silvana remain well ingrained with Scandinavian heritage and culture.
Viking Hall is available for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, memorials and all special events.
